Target has a big selection that is affordable and really nice.

The clearance section and you will find lot of paper bought this really thick book that has different designs that does not look in the clearance.
For other scrapbooking stuff buy from walmart.

Scrapbook paper but have their old wallpaper sample books its not problem they usually just throw them away anyway.
