What do you use to attach photos to scrapbook pages?

I have a pseudo-scrapbook with some already framed spots for photos, but I have no idea how to attach the pictures to the pages. What do I use? Thanks.

      Double sided tape runner..found at Walmart or any of the craft/scrapbooking stores.

      My pictures that way you can buy the little sticker corner pockets that way you can buy the picture corners not exactly sure the name of them but check out without any type of them but for my.

      The pages.
      The package dont use it doesnt specifically say that on the package dont use it if it can discolor and photo safe if it can use it doesnt specifically say that on the pages.
