how to start a scrapbook business in Florida?

I would like to open my own scrapbook and stamping in Debary, FL, but it does not seem like it is in big demand down here in central Florida. I figured with all there is to do down here, there is sooo much to scrapbook and stamp. Where do I go to do some research on this to see if it is worth opening a store?

      Look around at other stores in Florida to see how they are set up and running ,see if they are busy, what they offer e.g. in the way of classes and help. There is a scrap book store in Gulfgate Dr Sarasota Florida.
