It depends on a couple things. First of all, do you make lumpy pages? I do and this always takes up more room. I only put in around 25 because mine are so thick. Also, I have to put in foam spacers to make it lie correctly in the book. Second of all, do you do a lot of arm crunches? hehehe If you aren’t worried about the overal weight of your finished albums, add on. I have also noticed (from personal experience) that at times books can’t hold up to the extra weight and they fall apart in the binding extenders.

We have 40 in Creative Memories books, they are about 3 inches thick.
