How do you assemble the disney princess scrapbook album?

I bought a disney scrapbook album from a crafts store and it has a few different things inside. It has the scrapbook with 10 page protectors and 10 spine spacers already like inside it and set up but the scrapbook also came with 3 post extenders and 1 extended spine cover. what are those ?? and what do i do to set those up ?

      The post extenders if you only use the posts put your page on screw post put your page on the post in put your page.
