How do I remove pages in a post-bound scrapbook?

The head of the metal post bound album sorry not quite getting the album open the flap you know the metal post from the other they are trying to take one post bound.

The bottom post still and then flathead screwdriver to unscrew the bottom post still and then flathead screwdriver to unscrew the top.
