How do I remove pages in a post-bound scrapbook?

sweetreagan asked:

I just bought a post-bound spine scrapbook. I was hoping to create a guestbook for all of my pre-wedding parties with it. However, I can’t figure out how to get the post-screws off so that I can add the sign-in pages. I’ve never used scrapbooks before so I apologize if this question sounds ignorant.
CLARIFICATION: I’m trying to unscrew the post-bindings and I can’t figure out what tools to use.
