		<description>There's an expensive machine called a CAD machine that factories use.  The software is used to design it and the $50,000 machine has a electronic arm which can trace around the design as well as cut any fabric.  Sorry I've not hear of anything you can uses at home except a electric wire cutter found in $2 shops.  They are used to cut polystyrene.  Good luck!</description>
