Best way to keep things stuck in a “scrapbook”?

I am making a scrapbook for someone. I bought some thick paper and am gluing things to that to create different pages. My plan is to get binding put on it at Staple’s. The problem is that the various things that are stuck to the pages are not remaining stuck with gluesticks. I was thinking about laminating it all, but calculated that laminating a single page would cost 1.29 and I have a LOT of pages. What should I do to make this book last and look professional?

there are very many things you can do the one i recomend is using a “glue runner” you can find them almost anywhere the glue is VERY sticky and holds almost anything

Laminating them would be wonderful!
Try laminating two pages at once. Scotch tape back to back.

Try double sided foam tape, it hold and it makes things look cool and 3D. You can also try using eyelets and brads they come in different colors and nothing can take them apart.
Good luck!
