Scrapbooking ideas for my boyfriend of one year?

I’ve been dating my boyfriend for almost a year now, and I’m planning to make him a scrapbook for our anniversary. I’m looking to include stuff from when we first started dating, things we’re interested in, and other stuff like that. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can put in this scrapbook? Also, I know that I shouldn’t include sparkles, pastel colors, ribbons, or any other girly craft things. I’m not planning to make it extremely girly/cutesy and romantic.
