What’s the cheapest, yet best quality scrapbook store you’ve found online?

I live in UT, infamous for scrapbooking. All the stores around here are insanely priced (a sheet of regular paper can cost upwards of $2.00), so I was wondering if anyone has tips or hints as to where I can find great prices for paper and scrapbook products online. Thanks for any help.
