Where can I find a site where I can create a online scrapbook & also be able to print it or pro published?

I am a quadriplegic and I would like to make a scrapbook of my daughter to give to my mother for Christmas. I can not use my hands but I do have a voice activated computer. I need to find a website where I can upload photographs and add beautiful layouts and captions or quotes. I would rather find something free but I would pay a small amount if it is worth it. I would also like to find a website where you can either print it off and maybe put it in a binder but I would like to have that option to maybe have it professionally published or binded.
