How do I remove pages in a post-bound scrapbook?

I just bought a post-bound spine scrapbook. I was hoping to create a guestbook for all of my pre-wedding parties with it. CLARIFICATION: I’m trying to unscrew the post-bindings and I can’t figure out what tools to use.
