I am looking for an easy to use program that would allow me to place photos and clipart very tightly together on the page to make best use of expense papers like scrapbooking, photo, or shrinky dink paper. Because these project papers are so expensive I don’t want any wasted space. I’m getting frustrated with Paint Shop Pro and MS Word. Also, I’d prefer something free or almost free.
